We price in hours, and we tell you what an hour buys.

Every account is run by two senior practitioners, so what you are buying is experienced time rather than a layer of account management. Work is set as a monthly retainer, agreed in advance, with the scope written down. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

Monthly retainers

Choose the allocation, then we shape the scope around it together. The hourly rate eases as the commitment grows, because a larger block absorbs the fixed work of running an account.

Need something between the tiers, or more than 30 hours? We will build the allocation to suit and price it on the same ladder. Retainers are reviewed every six months, so the hours follow what the business actually needs.

Already working with us? Existing agreements continue at their agreed rate until their next renewal. If anything is going to change we will talk it through with you first, well before it applies, and never partway through a term.

Most agencies will not show you this. These are our real production times, end to end, including sourcing, approvals and the build. Use them to work out what your allocation will produce before you commit to it.

One approval pass a month, not one per post. Reviewing a full calendar in a single sitting takes a social post from 0.6 hours to 0.4. At ten posts a month that is two hours back into content, and it costs you nothing but a diary entry.

The fine print, in plain words

  • Prices exclude GST and are in Australian dollars.
  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with 14 day terms.
  • Hours are set monthly and do not carry into the next month.
  • One month’s notice either way to end a retainer.
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before we start it.
  • Advertising is charged in hours, never as a percentage of your ad spend, which you pay to the platform directly from your own account.
  • You own the work we create for you, and every account and licence transfers to you on request.
